Account Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for experienced, talented, creative thinkers for an Account Executive position.

Job Responsibilities

The client must view you as proactive leader who possesses three things:

  • A thorough understanding of their brand, market, business and culture
  • The imagination to devise novel solutions, bold strategies, new product and brand concepts, innovative tech (or other) solutions, and transformational creative work
  • The ability to lead a team with flawless execution - high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget
  • Center client relationship around day-to-day deliverables
  • Manage client expectations - for example, bring issues with solutions to clients's attention before they become problems, or advise a client of potential deliverable delays
  • Demonstrate internal team leadership and build strong internal relations that transcend to superior (and timely) results for the client
  • Ensure proper/effective input from client (and from client's offline agencies) for campaign development and evaluation

Required Experience

  • Two to three years of advertising and/or marketing experience, ideally in traditional consumer marketing, direct marketing, online marketing or email marketing/CRM
  • Honest and candid - solid communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of creative development, media planning and buying, trafficking (HTML, EXCEL, PowerPoint)
  • Entrepreneurial and pioneering approach to managing a business
  • College Degree
