Job Responsibilities
- Leverage your intermediate design, interaction architecture, front-end coding, and copywriting experience to augment and improve web-based applications for Zemoga's clients on an ongoing basis
- Work closely with the Delivery user experience team (Creative Directors, Interaction Architects, Designers, Usability Strategists, Content Strategists, etc.) to solve user-experience problems and stay abreast of industry best practices
- Work with Client Managers, Project Managers, Web Analytics Experts, and Usability Strategists to identify opportunities to constantly improve our clients' web-based customer experience
- Serves as a principal point of contact and liaison between the Managed Services team in North America and the User Experience Team.
- Provides professional advice and consultation to stakeholders, and Managed Services team members as requested
- Some project coordination skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues.
Required Experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, Dreamweaver, and MS Office required to execute on minor site augmentations and updates on an ongoing basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and managing customer expectation
- Highly entrepreneurial position with enormous potential for growth and future leadership role(s) in Managed Services.
- Content administration including Image manipulation, Copywriting, HTML editing, Asset coordination, CMS admin and the Day-to-Day customer site maintenance
- Participate in Zemoga internal activities
- Perform special projects/duties as needed
